Hey guys! You are going to be seeing a lot of me this week! I’ve got three recipes coming at your for Pumpkin Week and I am super excited!
When it comes to pumpkin I am obsessed and can’t get enough! I have no problem opening a can all year round and baking up my favorite treats!
The week I made this was Pumpkin Week with a group of bloggers! The recipes that I made consisted of this skillet cookie, pumpkin oatmeal muffins and pumpkin chocolate donuts.
How to make Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Skillet Cookie!
Ingredients!
- 1/2 cup pumpkin
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1 cups flour
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 2/3 cup chocolate chips
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 325° degrees. Spray 6 inch skillet with non stick spray. Set aside.
- In large bowl add pumpkin, egg, vanilla, sugar and brown sugar. Mix.
- Add flour, baking soda, cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg. Mix well.
- Stir in chocolate chips.
- Place in skillet and spread out evenly.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes or until toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
- Serve warm and ENJOY!
