HOW TO MAKE AIR FRYER PORK CHOPS
Ingredients:
- Bone-in pork chops (about ½ inch thick), about 4 pieces. This size were the ones that cooked the best and the quickest for us.
- Seasonings. You’ll be using my all-purpose seasoning to flavor these chops. It’s a mixture of garlic powder, paprika, dried oregano, and a little salt.
Directions:
- Coat the basket or tray of the air fryer with nonstick spray or cover with air fryer parchment paper.
- Add garlic, paprika, oregano and salt to a bowl. Mix together.
- Rub on each side of pork chops.Lay pork chops in basket or tray (may have to do this in two batches).
- Air Fry for 8-10 minutes at 400 degrees F. Flip and air fry for 2-4 minutes or until internal temperature is 145 degrees F.
- Remove pork and lay on serving dish. Cover with foil while doing multiple batches. Rest for 3 minutes.
Yes, you can! Just be sure to adjust the cooking time and temperature accordingly. It may take a bit longer to cook frozen pork chops in the air fryer, so be sure to use a meat thermometer to check for doneness.
We recommend setting your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for cooking pork chops. This will give you a crispy, golden brown exterior and juicy, tender meat inside.
