Easy Apple Cobbler that is so simple to make! Filled with the warm spice of cinnamon, embedded in a cake-like buttery topping!
As you can tell cobbler recipes are really popular around here right now! I can’t figure out why it took me so long to make them! My family has been making them for years, so glad I have finally jumped on the bandwagon!

There are a few different type of cobblers I have made! This easy peach cobbler is a favorite of mine. It’s really similar to what my brother makes for us when we have family gatherings!
This blueberry cobbler was my first try in make this recipe and the family went crazy for it, we actually made two!
HOW TO MAKE EASY APPLE COBBLER!
INGREDIENTS:
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 3/4 cup flour
- 2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup milk
- 3 apples, sliced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
DIRECTIONS:
- Melt butter and pour in baking dish.
- In small bowl add flour, baking powder, sugar, and milk. Whisk well.
- Pour into baking dish over butter. Stir.
- In small bowl add apples, lemon juice, brown sugar and cinnamon. Stir.
- Place apples over the top of batter. DO NOT STIR.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes at 350 degrees F until golden brown.
NOTES & STORAGE:
TO STORE: Cobbler can be refrigerated in airtight container for up to 4 days.

Easy Apple Cobbler

Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 3/4 cup flour
- 2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup milk
- 3 apples core removed and sliced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 โ. Spray 9X13 baking dish with non stick cooking spray. Set aside.
- Melt butter and pour into baking dish.
- In small bowl add flour, baking powder, sugar, and milk. Whisk together until liquid is smooth.
- Pour flour mixture into baking dish over butter. Stir.
- In small bowl add apples, lemon juice, 1/4 cup brown sugar and cinnamon. Mix together.
- Place apples over flour mixture. DO NOT STIR.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes or until golden brown and crust is pulling away from the edges.
- Remove from oven and allow to cool for 5 minutes.
- Serve warm and ENJOY!
