Easy Apple Cobbler
Easy Apple Cobbler that is so simple to make! Filled with the warm spice of cinnamon, embedded in a cake-like buttery topping!

- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 3/4 cup flour
- 2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup milk
- 3 apples core removed and sliced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Preheat oven to 350 ℉. Spray 9X13 baking dish with non stick cooking spray. Set aside.
Melt butter and pour into baking dish.
In small bowl add flour, baking powder, sugar, and milk. Whisk together until liquid is smooth.
Pour flour mixture into baking dish over butter. Stir.
In small bowl add apples, lemon juice, 1/4 cup brown sugar and cinnamon. Mix together.
Place apples over flour mixture. DO NOT STIR.
Bake for 35-40 minutes or until golden brown and crust is pulling away from the edges.
Remove from oven and allow to cool for 5 minutes.
Serve warm and ENJOY!
