Easy Apple Cobbler

Easy Apple Cobbler that is so simple to make! Filled with the warm spice of cinnamon, embedded in a cake-like buttery topping!

Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 3 apples core removed and sliced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 ℉. Spray 9X13 baking dish with non stick cooking spray. Set aside.
  • Melt butter and pour into baking dish.
  • In small bowl add flour, baking powder, sugar, and milk. Whisk together until liquid is smooth.
  • Pour flour mixture into baking dish over butter. Stir.
  • In small bowl add apples, lemon juice, 1/4 cup brown sugar and cinnamon. Mix together.
  • Place apples over flour mixture. DO NOT STIR.
  • Bake for 35-40 minutes or until golden brown and crust is pulling away from the edges.
  • Remove from oven and allow to cool for 5 minutes.
  • Serve warm and ENJOY!
