Right now I can’t get enough of all the fruits! My favorite right now are grapes but blueberries are coming in a close second!
Because I’ve given up sweets for the next month I decided I need to make something that would help with my sweet tooth!
Eating fruit has been helping this a lot but I needed to up it a notch!
I’ve also been eating a lot of greek yogurt and this maple cinnamon granola so I thought the next best thing was to add fruit!
WHAT FRUITS CAN I USE?
You can basically add any fruits you would like. I went a little crazy and added them all! But it can be as simple as just using strawberry and bananas to just mandarines and raspberries!
The fruits I used in this salad:
- mandarines
- strawberries
- grapes
- blueberries
- raspberries
- blackberries
- apples
- bananas
So basically I used all of the fruits! 🙂
WHAT KIND OF YOGURT?
You guys I have changed what type of yogurt I keep using.
Originally I was using a greek yogurt flavored with honey but then I looked at the added sugars and it was way too much!
So I decided to buy plain non fat greek yogurt and then flavor it with honey myself! That way I can control the amounts.
When I eat the yogurt I tend to add a little less honey, when my kids have it I add a little more! Really any amount will do!

Hi i have everything, an buttermilk i have, i dont have yogurt can i make this still?
Nancy Piran
Hi! No, I’m sorry I would not use buttermilk for this recipe. It’s a liquid and won’t make it creamy or I don’t believe it would taste good either.
