Awhile back I was looking for a donut I could make for the family that didn’t have a lot of sugar. I stumbled across a few recipes but there was on that was just almond flour, maple syrup and extracts.
That seemed easy enough, so I gave it a try. The donuts were pretty spongy and the maple syrup really shined through but I thought about working the recipe a little and this is what I got!
It literally takes all of 20 minutes to have donuts, a few minutes more if you want to add the glaze, but hello! The glaze is so worth it!
I have made these three times in the last week and they really do not last long in the our house!
Don’t forget that there are some pretty amazing prizes to be won so make sure you enter to win! ENJOY!
