When I’m looking for a snack after a workout or in the afternoon I tend to want to eat junk food. Which is okay sometimes, but what I really like to have is a smoothie! Full of fruit and it’s so filling that I don’t go looking for anything else to eat afterwards!

Watermelon Smoothie! So if you have followed me long enough you will know that I do not like watermelon. Like detest it with a passion, but my kids love it! So I oblige them and make suer I buy some for them every season. That is how this smoothie came about and is always so popular in the summer!
Blueberry Almond Smoothie! Again another popular smoothie and definitely one of my favorites with all of the blueberries in it!
Recently we made this Mango Banana Smoothie, which I was really happy about the flavor! The kids love mango and ask for this all of the time!
How to make Strawberry Banana Smoothie?
- You need to grab your ingredients of strawberries, a banana, ice and milk. Very simple!
- Second put them all in your blender and go for it!
- Pour into your glass and sip away!
