Some of our favorite side dishes that we enjoy with our holiday dinner are equally good! I have a multitude of instant pot side dishes, that will help to get dinner on the table quickly!
- Instant Pot Carrots! Love how quickly these cook up!
- Pressure Cooker Mashed Potatoes with Gravy, because we all need gravy in our lives!
- Homemade Macaroni and Cheese! This is a very old recipe but it’s always a hit!
- Sausage Cornbread Stuffing! Hello, yes we need to add sausage! It’s so good!
- Sheet Pan Roasted Green Beans! So crispy and tasty!
A few notes about these potatoes: I used about 3 large sweet potatoes. There was plenty of room left in my instant pot for more, so you could add another potato if needed. Also, I used 1 cup of vegetable broth. Any broth would do and you could absolutely use less minimum being 1/2 cup.
Flavor these potatoes with or without the spices. They are equally good either way!
