This Easy Pumpkin Bread is the perfect moist, quick bread! It’s made with canned pumpkin, cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg!
Am I the only one who would eat pumpkin all year round? I mean it is available in cans, so there is nothing stopping up!
We love a good quick bread! Basically you put all of your ingredients in a bowl, stir, pour into a loaf pan and bake! It’s quick and easy!

A few quick breads that we love to eat for breakfast is this chocolate zucchini bread and this apple cinnamon banana bread. Both equally delicious. These are packed with veggies or fruit and leaves you completely satisfied!
HOW TO MAKE EASY PUMPKIN BREAD:
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- ยพ teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger and nutmeg
- ยฝ cup sugar
- ยผ cup brown sugar
- 1 cup pumpkin
- ยผ cup vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 and prepare 9ร5 inch loaf pan with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl mix together sugar, brown sugar, oil, eggs and vanilla.
- Stir in pumpkin.
- Add flour, baking soda, cinnamon, ginger, and nutmeg.
- Stir well till all is incorporated.
- Pour into loaf pan.
- Bake for 50- 60 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Cool before removing from pan. Cut and ENJOY!
How long does it take to bake?
This is going to vary on your oven. I have a gas oven, which tends to bake my breads quicker than an electric oven. So if you have a gas oven, I would start looking at your bread around the 45 minute mark. If you have an electric oven, I would start looking at it around the 55 minute mark.
This is one of the biggest complaints that I get, about it taking longer to bake bread. Again, it will always depend on your oven.
