HOW TO MAKE CHOCOLATE CHIP CARAMEL COOKIES?
Ingredients:
2 ¼ cup flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cornstarch
½ cup butter, melted
¾ cup brown sugar
½ cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 cup chocolate chips
14 caramel candies
Directions:
- Whisk together flour, baking soda and cornstarch. Set aside for now.
- Mix together melted butter and sugars.
- Add egg and vanilla extract.
- Carefully, add the dry ingredients to the mixture.
- Stir in chocolate chips.
- Cover and chill the dough for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F.
- Scoop approximately 2 Tbsp of the dough and flatten in your hand. Place a caramel in the middle and fold the dough around.
- Place 4 – 5 balls on a prepared baking sheet. Do not over-crowd, the cookies will flatten.
- Cook for approximately 12-13 minutes. Remove and let cool on the baking sheet.
- Serve and ENJOY!
