Chocolate Chip Caramel  Cookies

•flour •baking soda •corn starch •butter •brown sugar •sugar •eggs •vanilla extract •chocolate chips  •caramel candies

INGREDIENTS

Mix the butter, brown sugar and sugar until fluffy.

STEP 1:

Add eggs and vanilla extract into bowl. Mix well.

STEP 2:

In separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and cornstarch. Slowly combine dry ingredients into wet ingredients.

STEP 3:

Stir in chocolate chips.

STEP 4:

Cover and chill dough in refrigerator for 1 hour. Preheat oven to 325℉.   1. Scoop approximately 2 Tbsp of the dough and flatten in your hand.  Place a caramel in the middle and fold the dough around. 2. Place 4 - 5 balls on a prepared baking sheet. Do not over-crowd, the cookies will flatten.

STEP 5:

Bake for 10-12 minutes. Remove and let cool.   Serve and ENJOY!
