This Caramel Apple Bread is perfectly moist! Loaded with apples and caramel this bread is so flavorful! Perfect for breakfast or dessert!
There’s nothing better than a warm slice of bread with a cup of tea or coffee in the morning for breakfast or even for dessert! The flavors of caramel and apple together are so good!

For this bread I added caramel bits! I went with using the bits because it took less time than having to chop up individual pieces of caramel! They melt pretty well in the bread, so you get a bite of apple and caramel in each bite!

HOW TO MAKE CARAMEL APPLE BREAD?
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- ยพ teaspoon baking soda
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- ยฝ cup sugar
- ยผ cup brown sugar
- โ cup sour cream
- ยผ cup vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 cup apple, diced
- 1 cup caramel bits
DIRECTIONS:
- Preheat oven to 350 and prepare 9ร5 inch loaf pan with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl mix together sugar, brown sugar, sour cream, oil, eggs and vanilla.
- Add flour, baking soda and cinnamon.
- Stir well till all is incorporated.
- Stir in apples and caramel bits. Pour into loaf pan.
- Bake for 60 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Cool before removing from pan. Cut and ENJOY!

- ยฝ cup sugar
- ยผ cup brown sugar
- โ cup sour cream or non fat plain greek yogurt
- ยผ cup vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- ยพ teaspoon baking soda
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 cup apple peeled and diced
- 1/2 cup caramel bits
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. and prepare 9ร5 inch loaf pan with parchment paper or spray with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a large bowl add together sugar, brown sugar, sour cream, oil, eggs and vanilla.
- Mix well.
- Add flour, baking soda and cinnamon.ย
- Stir well till all is incorporated.
- Stir in apples and caramel bits.
- Mix well.
- Pour into loaf pan.
- Bake for 60 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Cool before removing from pan. Cut and ENJOY!

Hi Cindy! I’m so sorry to hear you had trouble getting it out of the pan. I would highly recommend using parchment paper to help release the bread from the pan. So glad you enjoyed the flavor!
