Caramel Apple Bread

Delicious and easy Caramel Apple Bread!

Ingredients

  • ½ cup sugar
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • cup sour cream or non fat plain greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup vegetable oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • ¾ teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 cup apple peeled and diced
  • 1/2 cup caramel bits

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. and prepare 9×5 inch loaf pan with parchment paper or spray with nonstick cooking spray.
  • In a large bowl add together sugar, brown sugar, sour cream, oil, eggs and vanilla.
  • Mix well.
  • Add flour, baking soda and cinnamon. 
  • Stir well till all is incorporated.
  • Stir in apples and caramel bits.
  • Mix well.
  • Pour into loaf pan.
  • Bake for 60 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  • Cool before removing from pan. Cut and ENJOY!
