Caramel Apple Bread
Delicious and easy Caramel Apple Bread!

- ½ cup sugar
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- ⅓ cup sour cream or non fat plain greek yogurt
- ¼ cup vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- ¾ teaspoon baking soda
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 cup apple peeled and diced
- 1/2 cup caramel bits
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. and prepare 9×5 inch loaf pan with parchment paper or spray with nonstick cooking spray.
In a large bowl add together sugar, brown sugar, sour cream, oil, eggs and vanilla.
Mix well.
Add flour, baking soda and cinnamon.
Stir well till all is incorporated.
Stir in apples and caramel bits.
Mix well.
Pour into loaf pan.
Bake for 60 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Cool before removing from pan. Cut and ENJOY!
