You guys, I made bread pudding! I have never made bread pudding before and this Chocolate Raspberry Bread Pudding is going to knock your socks off!
The first time I had bread pudding my sister had made it! It’s kind of her signature dessert! It was interesting to me to have a dessert that was full of eggs and bread but it was SO tasty!
Because I have a serious obsession with chocolate and raspberry, it was natural for me to try those flavors in this bread pudding!
Now I know what you must thinking, how did I use frozen waffles for bread pudding? Well I thought it would be a fun way to enjoy them in a different way!
I decided to use EGGO® CINNA-TOAST™ CINNAMON ROLL that I picked up from Walmart! You could also us Kellogg’s® Eggo® Chocolatey Chip Waffles, 10ct & 24ct in this recipe all well!
Eggo Waffles now have colors & flavors from natural sources! I was so surprised at how the cinnamon flavor came out in these! My original idea was to actually add cinnamon into the egg mixture but I didn’t need to because the flavor was all in the Eggo Waffles!
Right now you can Earn $1 when you purchase ONE EGGO® CHOCO-TOAST™ Chocolatey Chip or EGGO® CINNA-TOAST™ Cinnamon Roll at Walmart by clicking the picture below!
This recipe makes a decent size so this would be perfect for when you are having guest and want to serve something a little extra special!
You could also easily adapt it by cutting the recipe in half if you want to just serve it for yourself and someone special!
Tell me, what occasion would you serve this Chocolate Raspberry Bread Pudding for?
