Different types of quick breads that we like to make started with this original chocolate zucchini bread that I made back in 2015! We made it every year that we grow zucchini but luckily it can be made with store bough zucchini as well!
Another one that we love to make is this apple cinnamon banana bread! This raspberry mint bread is always a hit too!
HOW TO MAKE APPLE ZUCCHINI BREAD?
Ingredients:
- 2 cups flour
- ยพ teaspoon baking soda
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- ยฝ cup sugar
- ยผ cup brown sugar
- โ cup sour cream
- ยผ cup vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 cup zucchini, shredded
- 1 cup apple, diced
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 and prepare 9ร5 inch loaf pan with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl mix together sugar, brown sugar, sour cream, oil, eggs and vanilla.
- Add flour, baking soda and cinnamon.
- Stir well till all is incorporated.
- Stir in zucchini and apples. Pour into loaf pan.
- Bake for 60 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Cool before removing from pan. Cut and ENJOY!
When making this bread you won’t need a bunch of special tools! All you need is a bowl, whisk, spatula and your loaf pan!
I always use parchment paper to line my loaf pan because it just makes it super simple for the bread to come right now! No need to worry about it sticking.
You can always use non stick cooking spray as well if you have no parchment paper!

- ยผ cup brown sugar
- โ cup sour cream
- ยผ cup vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 2 cups flour

- 1 cup apple peeled and diced
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. and prepare 9ร5 inch loaf pan with parchment paper or spray with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a large bowl add together sugar, brown sugar, sour cream, oil, eggs and vanilla.
- Mix well.
- Add flour, baking soda and cinnamon.ย
- Stir well till all is incorporated.
- Stir in zucchini and apples.
- Mix well.
- Pour into loaf pan.
- Bake for 60 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Cool before removing from pan. Cut and ENJOY!
