Air Fryer Fish Nuggets are crispy on the outside and cooked perfectly on the inside! Made with cod, panko and herbs.
Don’t be mad that I am sharing with you another air fryer recipe! I can’t help myself! I’m thinking I love this machine more than my instant pot!

So what’s the big deal about air fryers? Well for one, mine does not need to be preheated so when a recipes says that it cooks in 13 minutes. Then 13 minutes is the total time my machine is running. My oven can’t even preheat in under 10 minutes. So I am saving on electricity and that is a winner in my book!
Second, my motto is go big or go home! My hubby convinced me we needed a 12 q air fryer and I was resistant at first, but yay for open minds, right! This was THE BEST size for us and I wouldn’t go smaller, ever!
A few of my most popular recipes to make in the air fryer are these air fryer beignets and these air fryer potato wedges! Hope you LOVE them!

TIPS AND TRICKS!
These are a few essential tips about these air fryer fish nuggets.
- If you have an air fryer that you have to preheat, go ahead and preheat to 400 ยฐ F. (mine does not have to preheat)
- Second, if you have a small air fryer you will have to do these in batches.
- With my 12 q air fryer I do not have to cook in batches. I have two crisper trays.
- If you have two trays, rotate them at the 8 minute mark.
- I recommend pure extra-virgin olive oil spray. Other sprays have silicon in the and I don’t really want to be using that to cook with. So invest in a good bottle of spray.
- Invest in air fryer parchment paper liners! Make sure to measure the side of your trays or baskets. I had to go with the 7×7 which are a little smaller than my tray but I can double them up easier than cutting them down to fit my tray.
