Ingredients

sheet puff pastry
thawed
1
egg
1
tablespoon
water

ounces
cream cheese
softened
1/4
cup
jalapeño
diced
1 1/2
cups
sharp cheddar cheese
shredded
Instructions
Heat oven to 400°F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
Whisk egg and water in small bowl, set aside.
Unfold pastry sheet on lightly floured surface. Roll out to into 9x13 rectangle. Brush with egg wash. Set aside.
In small bowl add cream cheese, jalapeño peppers and cheddar cheese. Mix together.
Spread cream cheese mixture evenly over puff pastry.
Starting from the longer side, roll up tightly into a log shape.
Cut into 12 slices. Lay flat on baking sheet. Brush with egg mixture.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Serve and enjoy!
