Air Fryer Pork Chops

Our recipe for air fryer pork chops is simple and delicious, with crispy golden brown exteriors and tender, flavorful meat inside.

Ingredients

  • 1 - 1 ½ pounds bone-in pork chops about ½ inch thick, about 4 pieces
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Coat the basket or tray of the air fryer with nonstick spray or cover with air fryer parchment paper. 
  • Add garlic, paprika, oregano and salt to a bowl. Mix together.
  • Rub on each side of pork chops.
  • Lay pork chops in basket or tray (may have to do this in two batches).
  • Air Fry for 8-10 minutes at 400 degrees F. Flip and air fry for 2-4 minutes or until internal temperature is 145 degrees F.
  • Remove pork and lay on serving dish. Cover with foil while doing multiple batches. Rest for 3 minutes.
  • Serve warm and ENJOY!

  • You may need to do this in multiple batches.
  • These pork chops can be made on a tray or in a basket type air fryer.
  • Drizzle with a little olive oil and sprinkle with fresh parsley (optional).
