Peanut Butter Blossom Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 large egg
  • 12 chocolate kisses

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350F. 
  • In a large bowl, stir together the sugar, peanut butter, and egg until smooth. 
  • Using 1 inch cookie scoop and scoop onto a baking sheet and flatten them slightly (to about ¾” thick). 
  • Bake for 12-14 minutes or until they are golden brown around the edges, but still soft in the middle. 
  • Immediately when the cookies come out of the oven, push a chocolate kiss into the center of each one. 
  • Allow the cookies to cool fully before enjoying or storing. 
  • Store any leftover cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to two days.

  • Sugar sweetens our cookies and gives them structure. 
  • Egg binds the cookie together.
