Ingredients
3/4cupof 2% milkor any kind
2tablespoonscanned pumpkin puree
2tablespoonspure maple syrup
1tablespoonsvanilla yogurt
1/2tablespoonpure vanilla extract
1teaspoonpumpkin pie spice
1-2shots of espresso or 1/2 cup strong coffee
Instructions
In a medium saucepan add the milk, pumpkin, maple syrup, and yogurt. Heat over medium heat until steaming.
Remove from heat and stir in spices and vanilla. Whisk well.
Pour into your favorite coffee mug. Add coffee. Stir gently.
OPTIONAL: garnish with whipped cream and pumpkin pie spice.
Serve immediately and ENJOY!
Notes
Can I use any milk? Yes, any milk works well including plant-based milk.Do I need the yogurt? No, you can leave the yogurt out but it adds some thickness and creaminess.
