Instructions
Whisk together flour, baking soda and cornstarch. Set aside for now.
Mix together melted butter and sugars.
Add egg and vanilla extract.
Carefully, add the dry ingredients to the mixture.
Stir in chocolate chips.
Cover and chill the dough for at least 1 hour.
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F.
Scoop approximately 2 Tbsp of the dough and flatten in your hand. Place a caramel in the middle and fold the dough around.
Place 4 - 5 balls on a prepared baking sheet. Do not over-crowd, the cookies will flatten.
Cook for approximately 12-13 minutes. Remove and let cool on the baking sheet.
Serve and ENJOY!
