Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Spray 9 inch pie pan with nonstick cooking spray. Set aside.
In a large bowl add apples and cinnamon. Stir. Set aside.
On medium heat in a large pot add butter. Melt, then add brown sugar, stir, and simmer for 2 minutes. Stir in apples.
Allow to cook for 10 minutes. Stir in cornstarch. Take off heat and set aside.
Lay one pie crust in bottom of pan.
Pour in apples.
Top with second crust. Pinch edges to seal the pie.v
Brush top with milk.
Sprinkle top with sugar.
Bake fro 15-18 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
Allow pie to cool before cutting. Serve warm and ENJOY!

Make Homemade Pie Crust:
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour, and a little extra for rolling out dough
1 teaspoon salt
1 stick cold butter, cut into cubes
5 tablespoons ice cold water
Directions:
Add flour and salt to mixing bowl. Add butter. Using the flat blade on your mixer mix the flour and butter together till butter is pea size.
Slowly add one tablespoon water in till you get a nice smooth dough.
Form dough into a disk and wrap in plastic wrap. Place in the refrigerator for 50 minutes or until ready to use. Divide in half when ready to use. Roll out.
