Caramel Apple Cobbler
Caramel apple cobbler filled with sweet apples, cake like topping and gooey caramel!

- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup 2% milk
- 3 apples core removed and sliced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 cup brown sugar packed
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup caramel bits
Preheat oven to 350 ℉. Spray 9X13 baking dish with non stick cooking spray. Set aside.
Melt butter and pour in baking dish.
In small bowl add flour, baking powder, sugar, and milk. Whisk well.
Pour into baking dish over butter. Stir.
In small bowl add apples, lemon juice, brown sugar and cinnamon. Stir.
Place apples over the top of batter. DO NOT STIR.
Place caramel over the top of the apples.
Bake for 35-40 minutes at 350 degrees F until golden brown.
Remove from oven and allow to cool for 5 minutes.
Serve warm and ENJOY!
