Caramel Apple Cobbler

Caramel apple cobbler filled with sweet apples, cake like topping and gooey caramel!

Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cup 2% milk
  • 3 apples core removed and sliced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar packed
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup caramel bits

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 ℉. Spray 9X13 baking dish with non stick cooking spray. Set aside.
  • Melt butter and pour in baking dish.
  • In small bowl add flour, baking powder, sugar, and milk. Whisk well.
  • Pour into baking dish over butter. Stir.
  • In small bowl add apples, lemon juice, brown sugar and cinnamon. Stir.
  • Place apples over the top of batter. DO NOT STIR.
  • Place caramel over the top of the apples.
  • Bake for 35-40 minutes at 350 degrees F until golden brown.
  • Remove from oven and allow to cool for 5 minutes.
  • Serve warm and ENJOY!
