Chocolate Hazelnut Granola
This Chocolate Hazelnut Granola is perfect for snacking! Made with nutella, oats, maple syrup and canola oil! Simple and easy!

- 2 cups old fashioned oats
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 3 tablespoons canola oil
- 1/4 cup chocolate hazelnut spread I use nutella
- 2 tablespoons hazelnuts optional
- 2 tablespoons chocolate chips optional
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
In small bowl microwave chocolate hazelnut spread for 15 seconds. Set aside.
In medium bowl add oats.
Then add maple syrup.
Next add canola oil.
Then add chocolate hazelnut spread.
Stir till evenly incorporated.
Spread evenly on baking sheet.
Bake for 8-10 minutes or until edges start to turn golden brown.
Remove from oven and let it rest for 10 minutes.
Break apart and ENJOY!
OPTIONAL: When granola has cooled add in hazelnuts and chocolate chips.
