This Chocolate Hazelnut Granola is perfect for snacking! Made with nutella, oats, maple syrup and canola oil! Simple and easy!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups old fashioned oats
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 3 tablespoons canola oil
  • 1/4 cup chocolate hazelnut spread I use nutella
  • 2 tablespoons hazelnuts optional
  • 2 tablespoons chocolate chips optional

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In small bowl microwave chocolate hazelnut spread for 15 seconds. Set aside.
  • In medium bowl add oats.
  • Then add maple syrup.

  • Next add canola oil.

  • Then add chocolate hazelnut spread.

  • Stir till evenly incorporated.

  • Spread evenly on baking sheet.
  • Bake for 8-10 minutes or until edges start to turn golden brown.
  • Remove from oven and let it rest for 10 minutes.
  • Break apart and ENJOY!
  • OPTIONAL: When granola has cooled add in hazelnuts and chocolate chips.
