Grilled Lemon Shrimp Skewers

Easy to make Grilled Lemon Shrimp Skewers! Marinated with olive oil, garlic cloves and freshly squeezed lemon juice! Cooks up in about 6 minutes!

Ingredients

  • For the marinade:
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 2 garlic cloves diced
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 1/2 pounds raw shrimp

Instructions

  • In bowl add prepared shrimp.
  • Pour in olive oil and lemon juice.
  • Add garlic and salt. Stir well.
  • Allow to sit for 30 minutes in refrigerator.
  • Preheat grill to medium-high or about 375 to 400 degrees.
  • Add 4 shrimp to each skewer.
  • Cook for 4 minutes on one side. Flip and cook for an additional two minutes or until opaque.
  • Serve warm and enjoy!
