Grilled Lemon Shrimp Skewers
Easy to make Grilled Lemon Shrimp Skewers! Marinated with olive oil, garlic cloves and freshly squeezed lemon juice! Cooks up in about 6 minutes!

- For the marinade:
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 garlic cloves diced
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 1/2 pounds raw shrimp
In bowl add prepared shrimp.
Pour in olive oil and lemon juice.
Add garlic and salt. Stir well.
Allow to sit for 30 minutes in refrigerator.
Preheat grill to medium-high or about 375 to 400 degrees.
Add 4 shrimp to each skewer.
Cook for 4 minutes on one side. Flip and cook for an additional two minutes or until opaque.
Serve warm and enjoy!
