Lemon Raspberry Whipped Cream

- 1 lemon juiced
- 3 ounces raspberries
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
In small pot add lemon juice and raspberries. Cook over medium heat for 5 minutes. Mash raspberries.
Strain the raspberry sauce and place sauce to cool in refrigerator for 10 minutes.
Using a hand mixer whip cream and sugar until stiff peaks. Slowly add in raspberry sauce.
Place in a piping bag and pipe onto your dessert!
