Strawberry Cobbler

Easy Strawberry Cobbler! Perfect for using fresh or frozen berries!

Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 cups frozen or fresh strawberries sliced in half
  • 3/4 cup all purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 3/4 cup milk

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 ℉. Spray 9X13 baking dish with non stick cooking spray. Set aside.
  • Melt butter and pour into baking dish.
  • In small bowl add strawberries and 1/4 cup sugar. Mix together and set aside.
  • In small bowl add flour, baking powder, 1/2 cup sugar and milk. Whisk together until liquid is smooth.
  • Pour flour mixture into baking dish over butter.
  • Place strawberries over flour mixture. DO NOT STIR. Just make sure strawberries are in an even layer.
  • Bake for 40-50 minutes or until golden brown and strawberries are bubbling.
  • Remove from oven and allow to cook for 5 minutes.
  • Serve warm and ENJOY!
