Ingredients

cups
carrot sticks
(about 5 carrots peeled and sliced)
1/4
cup
olive oil
1/2
teaspoon
garlic powder
pinch
of salt
Instructions
In a medium size pan add olive oil and carrots. Stir.
Allow to cook on medium heat for 5 minutes.
Add garlic and salt. Cover and cook for 15 minutes stirring occasionally.
Serve warm and ENJOY!
