Ingredients
For the waffles
1cupmilk
1/4cupoil
2eggs
1cupall-purpose flour
1 1/2cupred velvet cake mix
For The Chocolate Drizzle
1/4cupheavy cream
1/2cupchocolate chips
Instructions
Grease and preheat according to manufacturer instructions.
Whisk together milk, oil, and eggs. Stir in flour and cake mix.
Mix for 2 minutes. Batter may have a few lumps.
Ladle approximately ½ to 1 cup of mixture into waffle iron. (Follow the recommended amount of the manufacturer instructions.)
Cook according to waffle iron directions. Typically 3-5 minutes.
Keep warm till ready to enjoy.
In a microwavable safe bowl add heavy cream and chocolate chips stir till smooth. (If too thick you can add a little more warm heavy cream.)
