Air Fryer Bratwurst
Quick and easy Air Fryer Bratwurst. Loaded with bell peppers and onions in a warm bun, topped with yellow mustard.

- 5 original style bratwurst 19 oz
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- ½ white onion sliced
- 1 red bell pepper 1 yellow bell pepper, 1 orange bell pepper, sliced
- 5 hot dog buns
- Mustard
With a fork poke holes on both sides of brats.
Place in air fryer. Cook at 375 for 12-15 mins, flipping half way. (No need to preheat)
Brats are done at temp 160 F but will be still a little pink inside (around 12 minute mark).
We like ours a little less pink so we keep them in for the full 15 minutes.
While bratwurst are cooking, in a saute pan add olive oil, onions, and peppers. Saute for 8-10 minutes or until softened.
Place brats in bun, top with onions and peppers. Drizzle with mustard.
