Open and remove the cream of each Oreo. Place cream in mixing bowl.
Place cookies in large ziplock bag, leaving aside 4 cookie halves for decorating. Crush the cookies. Add 2-3 tablespoons of crusted cookies on the base of each serving glass.
Add heavy cream and vanilla to mixing bowl. Whip until smooth and fluffy.
Fold in the remaining crushed cookies to the cream. Stir till combined.
Divide the mousse between serving glasses.
Top with reddi-whip. Top with crushed cookies.

Notes
** Using the powdered sugar is completely optional. You can taste your mousse before you add the crushed cookies to see if you need any added sweetness. ** These last for a few days in the refrigerator so they can be made in advanced. I would hold off on putting the reddi-whip on till you are ready to serve.
