Cookies and Cream Mousse

This easy Cookies and Cream Mousse is the perfect no bake dessert! Made with just 3 ingredients, it comes together quickly! | The Bitter Side of Sweet

Ingredients

  • 36 Oreo Cookies
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar optional
  • Reddi-whip optional

Instructions

  • Open and remove the cream of each Oreo. Place cream in mixing bowl.
  • Place cookies in large ziplock bag, leaving aside 4 cookie halves for decorating. Crush the cookies. Add 2-3 tablespoons of crusted cookies on the base of each serving glass.
  • Add heavy cream and vanilla to mixing bowl. Whip until smooth and fluffy.
  • Fold in the remaining crushed cookies to the cream. Stir till combined.
  • Divide the mousse between serving glasses.
  • Top with reddi-whip. Top with crushed cookies.
  • Serve and ENJOY!

Notes

** Using the powdered sugar is completely optional. You can taste your mousse before you add the crushed cookies to see if you need any added sweetness.
** These last for a few days in the refrigerator so they can be made in advanced. I would hold off on putting the reddi-whip on till you are ready to serve.
