Ingredients

sheet Puff Pastry
thawed

Blueberries

Raspberries

Blackberries

Strawberries
sliced

granulated sugar

tablespoons
lemon juice
about half a lemon
Egg wash
1 egg, 1 tsp water
optional powdered sugar
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper, set aside.
In a small bowl add berries, sugar and lemon juice. Set aside.
Roll out puff pastry. Cut into 4 equal squares. Transfer to baking sheet.
Evenly divide the berries slightly off-center in each square.
Fold the turnovers in half diagonally, to create triangular turnovers.
Press the edges with a fork to seal. Brush with egg wash.
Place on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove from the oven and place on the cooling rack. Allow to cool for 5 minutes.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar(optional). Serve and ENJOY!
