Cookie Dough Bites
These easy no bake Cookie Dough Bites are made with a few simple ingredients! They are rolled into balls, eaten with a spoon or can be frozen!

- 4 tbsp unsalted butter softened
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 2-3 tsp milk
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Place flour into a microwavable bowl and microwaving it on high until it's 165 ℉ for about 1 to 1 1/2 minutes. Cool flour.
In a medium mixing bowl, beat butter, flour, sugar, and brown sugar together. Will look crumbly
Add vanilla and milk and mix again until a solid dough forms.
Fold in chocolate chips.
Using 1 inch cookie scoop, roll into 12 balls.
Serve at room temperature or refrigerate
