Cookie Dough Bites

These easy no bake Cookie Dough Bites are made with a few simple ingredients! They are rolled into balls, eaten with a spoon or can be frozen!

Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter softened
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 2-3 tsp milk
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Place flour into a microwavable bowl and microwaving it on high until it's 165 ℉ for about 1 to 1 1/2 minutes. Cool flour.
  • In a medium mixing bowl, beat butter, flour, sugar, and brown sugar together. Will look crumbly
  • Add vanilla and milk and mix again until a solid dough forms.
  • Fold in chocolate chips. 
  • Using 1 inch cookie scoop, roll into 12 balls.
  • Serve at room temperature or refrigerate
