Wash potatoes to get rid of any dirt. DO NOT PEEL. Cut the potatoes in half lengthwise. Place each half flat-side down and cut each wedge in half then cut in half again (lengthwise) giving you a total of eight wedges from each potato.
Add to bowl.
Next add extra virgin olive oil and using tongs toss the potatoes.
Then, add basil and using tongs toss the potatoes.
Next, add garlic powder and using tongs toss the potatoes.
Add salt and using tongs toss the potatoes.
Next, add Parmesan cheese and toss.
Place wedges on crisper tray or in basket.
Cook for 10 minutes at 400° F. Flip fries. *See note*. Cook for an additional 10 minutes.
Serve warm and ENJOY!
Notes
If you have a small air fryer with only one basket you will have to do this in two rounds.**If you have the large air fryer that has crisper trays. All of your fries should fit on two trays. Rotate trays after you flip your potatoes!
