Preheat oven to 375 ° F. Spray 9 inch heart shaped or round cake pan with non stick cooking spray. Set aside.
In mixing bowl add butter, brown sugar and sugar. Whisk till incorporated.
Whisk in egg and vanilla.
Stir in flour, baking soda, and cinnamon till combined.
Stir in dark chocolate chips and sprinkles.
Spread out evenly in cake pan.
Bake for 15 minutes. Serve warm and ENJOY!

OPTIONAL INGREDIENTS AND DIRECTIONS FOR BUTTERCREAM:
8 ounces butter, ( 1 stick) room temperature
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1/4 drop red gel food coloring
Mix butter till creamy. Slowly add in powdered sugar till combined. Using a toothpick add gel food coloring. Mix. Place in piping back with a 1M star tip. Pipe onto cake.
