Ingredients

  • ½ cup butter softened
  • cup brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • cup chopped pecans
  • ½ cup chocolate chips
  • ½ cup caramel candies chopped

Instructions

  • Mix the butter and brown sugar until fluffy.  Add egg and vanilla extract.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, salt and cornstarch.
  • Slowly combine the wet and dry ingredients.
  • Stir in the chopped pecans, chocolate chips and caramel pieces.
  • Cover and chill the dough in your refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Roll dough into small balls and place on a prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake for approximately 10-12 minutes.
  • Remove and let cool on the baking sheets.
  • Serve and ENJOY!
