- ½ cup butter softened
- ⅔ cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- ½ cup cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- ⅓ cup chopped pecans
- ½ cup chocolate chips
- ½ cup caramel candies chopped
Mix the butter and brown sugar until fluffy. Add egg and vanilla extract.
In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, salt and cornstarch.
Slowly combine the wet and dry ingredients.
Stir in the chopped pecans, chocolate chips and caramel pieces.
Cover and chill the dough in your refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Roll dough into small balls and place on a prepared baking sheet.
Bake for approximately 10-12 minutes.
Remove and let cool on the baking sheets.
