Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 onion diced
  • 2 carrots peeled and diced
  • 2 celery stalks diced
  • 8 ounces unsalted tomato sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 2 teaspoon rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon basil
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Turn instant pot on sauté. Add olive oil and onions. Sauté for about 2 minutes.

  • Add carrots and celery. Continue to sauté for 1 minute.

  • Next, add ground turkey.

  • Add in garlic powder, oregano, basil and salt and stir.

  • Stir in tomato sauce. Hit cancel.

  • Hit manual button on instant pot and set for 15 minutes. Close lid. Make sure valve is set to seal position. (will take almost 10 minutes to come to pressure)
  • When timer is done turn valve to quick release. (Watch out for hot steam)
  • Open instant pot and stir.
