Super simple, Instant Pot Carrots! The perfect for side dish for holidays or any night of the week!

- 1 pound carrots. Peeled and diced into 1/2 inch rings.
- 3/4 cup hot water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tablespoon butter
Add water, carrots, garlic cloves and salt to instant pot. Close lid. Make sure valve is set to seal position.
Hit manual button on Instant Pot and set for 6 minutes. (will take almost 9 minutes to come to pressure)
When timer is done turn valve to quick release. (Watch out for hot steam)
Open instant pot and stir in butter.
Place in serving bowl. Top with parsley (optional).
