Instant Pot Carrots

Super simple, Instant Pot Carrots! The perfect for side dish for holidays or any night of the week!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound carrots. Peeled and diced into 1/2 inch rings.
  • 3/4 cup hot water
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Instructions

  • Add water, carrots, garlic cloves and salt to instant pot. Close lid. Make sure valve is set to seal position.
  • Hit manual button on Instant Pot and set for 6 minutes. (will take almost 9 minutes to come to pressure)
  • When timer is done turn valve to quick release. (Watch out for hot steam)
  • Open instant pot and stir in butter.
  • Place in serving bowl. Top with parsley (optional).
  • Serve and ENJOY!
