Peanut Butter Granola

Ingredients

  • 2 cups old fashioned oats
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 3 tablespoons canola oil
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter melted
  • 2 tablespoons peanuts

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Start by placing oats in large bowl. Then add maple syrup.

  • Next add in canola oil.

  • Place peanut butter in microwave for 30 seconds. Spoon into glass bowl with oats.

  • Next add peanuts and stir.

  • Spread evenly on baking sheet.

  • Bake for 8-10 minutes or until edge turn golden brown.
