Easy Peach Cobbler

4 tablespoons unsalted butter 3/4 cup flour 2 teaspoon baking powder 1/2 cup sugar 3/4 cup milk 4 peaches pitted and diced 1 tablespoon lemon juice 1/4 cup brown sugar 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Preheat oven to 350 ℉. Spray 9X13 baking dish with non stick cooking spray. Set aside.
Melt butter and pour into baking dish.
In small bowl add flour, baking powder, sugar, and milk. Whisk together until liquid is smooth.
Pour flour mixture into baking dish over butter. Stir.
In small bowl add peaches, lemon juice, 1/4 cup brown sugar and cinnamon. Mix together.
Place peaches over flour mixture. DO NOT STIR.
Bake for 35-40 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove from oven and allow to cool for 5 minutes.
Serve warm and ENJOY!
