- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 cups frozen or fresh blueberries
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 3/4 cup milk
Preheat oven to 350 ℉. Spray 9X13 baking dish with non stick cooking spray. Set aside.
Melt butter and pour into baking dish.
In small bowl add blueberries and 1/4 cup sugar. Mix together and set aside.
In small bowl add flour, baking powder, 1/2 cup sugar and milk. Whisk together until liquid is smooth.
Pour flour mixture into baking dish over butter.
Pour blueberries over flour mixture. DO NOT STIR. Just make sure blueberries are in an even layer.
Bake for 35-45 minutes or until golden brown and blueberries are bubbling.
Remove from oven and allow to cook for 5 minutes.
Serve warm and ENJOY!
