- 2 pounds baby portobello mushrooms
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 onion diced
- 5 cloves garlic
- 2 teaspoons salt
Clean mushrooms, slice and set aside.
In large pan over medium heat add olive oil, onions, and garlic. Sauté for about 3 minutes or until onions are translucent.
Add mushrooms. Sauté for 3 minutes. Add salt, stir.
Continue to cook for 4 minutes or until mushrooms are softened.
Serve and ENJOY!
