How To Sauté Mushrooms

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds baby portobello mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 onion diced
  • 5 cloves garlic
  • 2 teaspoons salt

Instructions

  • Clean mushrooms, slice and set aside.
  • In large pan over medium heat add olive oil, onions, and garlic. Sauté for about 3 minutes or until onions are translucent.
  • Add mushrooms. Sauté for 3 minutes. Add salt, stir.
  • Continue to cook for 4 minutes or until mushrooms are softened.
  • Serve and ENJOY!
