- 17.6 ounces gnocchi
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup onions diced
- 1 zucchini diced
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons butter unsalted
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 cup milk
- 2 cups corned beef shredded
Cook gnocchi according to directions. Set aside.
In pan add olive oil, onion, zucchini, garlic powder and salt. Saute for 5 minutes or until zucchini is soft. Remove from pan.
In the same pan add butter and melt. Whisk in flour.
Slowly add in milk and whisk until creamy.
Stir in zucchini and corned beef.
Stir in gnocchi.
Serve warm and ENJOY!
