Easy to make Buffalo Chicken Skillet Nachos. Made with rotisserie chicken and buffalo sauce, this will become your new game day appetizer!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 3-4 cups tortilla chips
  • 2 cups colby jack shredded cheese
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/4 cup celery diced

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • In small bowl add chicken and buffalo sauce. Mix together well. Set aside.
  • In a small skillet add half the tortilla chips.
  • Top with half the cheese.
  • Top with half the chicken. Repeat with tortilla chips cheese, and chicken.
  • Bake for 12 minutes or until the cheese is completely melted.
  • Drizzle with ranch dressing.
  • Top with celery.
  • Serve and ENJOY!

Notes

KEY NOTE: Layers! I have found threw trial and error that layering makes these nachos super cheesy and delicious! You can taste all of the ingredients in each bite!
