Grilled Turkey Veggie Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 2 slices country style italian bread
  • 4 slices deli style turkey
  • 2 slices Tomato & Basil Jack Sargento® Sliced Cheese
  • 2 slices Provolone Sargento® Sliced Cheese
  • 2 slices tomato
  • 2 slices yellow pepper or any color of your choice
  • lettuce
  • olive oil

Instructions

  • Preheat grill, grill pan or panini press.
  • Spray each slice of bread with olive oil.
  • Build sandwich by adding turkey, cheese, tomato, peppers and lettuce to top of one slice of bread.
  • Top with final slice.
  • Grill for 1-2 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
  • Serve and ENJOY!
