Vanilla Caramel Scones

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 stick cold butter cubed
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 cup International Delight Simply Pure Coffee Creamer Vanilla
  • 1/3 International Delight Simply Pure Coffee Creamer Caramel
  • caramel optional for drizzling
  • powdered sugar optional

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In mixer combine together flour, baking powder and butter until mixture is crumbly.
  • Slowly add in vanilla and caramel creamer.
  • Whisk together eggs and sugar. Add to mixer.
  • Dump mixture out onto parchment paper.
  • Shape into round disk.
  • Cut into 8 equal pieces.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes or until scones are golden brown and toothpick inserted in middle comes out clean.
  • Serve and ENJOY!

Notes

If dough is sticky add a tablespoon of flour until you have a smooth dough. If dough is too dry add a teaspoon of creamer until dough comes together.
