Turkey Veggie Rice

Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • 2 cups frozen peas
  • 2 red bell peppers sliced
  • 1/2 onion sliced
  • 1 Hillshire Farm® Smoked Turkey Rope Sausage 13 oz
  • Salt
  • 4 ounces black olives optional

Instructions

  • In skillet add water and peas and cook in medium for 10 minutes.
  • Add bell peppers and onions. Allow to continue to cook for 5 more minutes.
  • Add sausage and continue to cook for 15 more minutes stirring occasionally.
  • Serve over rice and ENJOY!
