Peanut Butter Chocolate Bars

Peanut Butter Chocolate Bars are perfect treats for bake sales or after school snacks!

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 32 large marshmallows
  • 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 4 cups peanut butter puffs
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips optional

Instructions

  • In microwave-safe bowl heat butter and marshmallows for 2-3 minutes, stir after each minute.
  • Stir in peanut butter till smooth.
  • Then stir in puffs.
  • Using a butter spatula spread mix into an 8X8 pan that is coated with cooking spray.
  • Allow to cool and set for 30 minutes.
  • Drizzle with melted chocolate. (optional)
  • Cut and ENJOY!
