Bacon Ranch Skillet Nachos

Ingredients

  • 8 slices low sodium bacon diced
  • 3- 4 cups tortilla chips
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mexican cheese
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/4 cup green onion diced

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • In a medium size pan, cook bacon on medium heat for 6 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  • In a small skillet add half the tortilla chips.
  • Top with half the cheese.
  • Top with half the bacon. Repeat with tortilla chips cheese, and bacon.
  • Bake for 12 minutes or until the cheese is completely melted.
  • Drizzle with ranch dressing.
  • Top with green onions.
  • Serve and ENJOY!

Notes

KEY NOTE: Layers! I have found threw trial and error that layering makes these nachos super cheesy and delicious! You can taste all of the ingredients in each bite!
