In small bowl add chocolate chips, set aside.
In small pot heat International Delight® OREO® creamer. Pour over chocolate chips and stir until smooth.
Place apples on a plate, drizzle chocolate over apples. Top with crushed OREO®.
Serve immediately and ENJOY!
